Return Policy

We hope you will love everything you order from Flora-L Design, but in case you don’t we have the following policies:

If your order is flawed or damaged, we will offer a replacement or a refund with return of the original item.  Please contact us first before initiating the return and we will give you full instructions for how to proceed.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order in order to initiate a return or exchange.


We are shipping via PostNord for all parcels <2kg weight, and DHL for all heavier parcels. Our processing time is usually 2-5 days and you receive an email when your parcel has shipped. For international shipments we email you a tracking number for your parcel. Delivery times are usually 2 working days within Sweden and 7-10 days for Europe. Further delays are common for oversea shipping and treatment by customs. Common delivery times for oversee shipping that we have experienced are 2-4 weeks from the day of order.

Note that shipments with Postnord are done as 1st class Varubrev up to 2kg weight. Postnord delivers such parcels in Sweden directly to your mailbox. However, if the parcel does not fit in the mailbox it will be delivered by the door or in a bag outside the mailbox. Make sure you install the Postnord App to receive updates and trace your delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost packages after Postnord has confirmed their delivery to your address.

Living in Uppsala? You can choose to pick up your items in Sävja, Uppsala. Please get in touch before you order with local pickup so that we can make sure you get your items when you need them.

We are delivering worldwide. Outside EU, buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

If you back-or pre-ordered a product, it still needs to be produced. If you have questions about production time for pre-orders or back-orders, please get in touch before ordering so we can inform you.

Vouchers can be applied in your cart and can be combined with package deals when available. Only one voucher at a  time can be used.

We accept payments through Stripe (MasterCard, VISA, American Express) and PayPal.


This privacy policy will explain how Flora-L uses the personal data we collect from you when you are creating an account to out website or subscribe to our newsletter.

We collect personal identification information (Name, email address, address, phone number). 

We collect your data so that we can:

  • Process your order and contact you in case of questions related to your order.
  • Provide your contact details for shipping to PostNord or DHL depending on the destination of the shipment.
  • Email you our newsletter through Mailchimp services if you choose to subscribe (you can unsubscribe at any time). How Mailchimp complies with GDPR can be read here.
  • Ask you for customer feedback on the products that you have bought 7 days after purchase, maximum 1 reminder sent. Customer feedback is retrieved through CUSTOMER REVIEWS LTD (Registered in England & Wales, UK), an independent service from Flora-L Design. We will not share nor sell your data with/to any other companies not mentioned here.

When we process your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

We will keep your personal data for 3 years from the last purchase you have made. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data.

Flora-L Design AB would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

The right to access – You have the right to request copies of your personal data. 

The right to rectification – You have the right to  correct any information you believe is inaccurate. 

The right to erasure – You have the right to request that we erase your personal data.
