Reversible linen storage basket (15x20cm) with the eye-catching poppy pattern combined with the more soothing pattern of Twinflower. The first is a lively two-toned color version featuring xylem vessels (the striped cells) in a poppy seed capsule. The stripes originate from special cell wall thickenings that form around vessel cells giving them support and rigidity to transport water. The second feature pith cells from the Linnea (twinflower) stem. Pith cells are used for storage of nutrients within plants.

Between the two printed fabrics a layer of sturdy potato sac linen gives the basket some stability, while still keeping its soft textile structure.

The basket is reversible. Turn it inside out depending on the design you wish to have on the outside. Fill it with hairbrushes, crayons, napkins, fruits, eggs or a flowerpot.
